Cornflke Cookies

Can’t Stop Cookies
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter, softened (that is not a misprint- 1 Cup Butter!)
1 1/2 cup flour
1 t cream of tartar
1/4 t. salt
1 t. soda
2 cups Cornflakes
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Thinking about adding butterscotch…..
Cream butter and sugar. Add dry ingredients. Fold in cornflakes and pecans. Roll into balls and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
P.S. I always double this because I eat the raw dough. It is delicious!!
I guess you have figured out the name…can’t stop eating them.
