Beer Ribs

1 rack of lean spareribs, trimmed of excess fat

1/3 cup of dark beer

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup dijon mustard

1 onion minced

1 teaspoon of worcheshire

dash of salt

Preheat the oven to 350. Arrange ribs in 1 layer on a lightly greased baking sheet, sprinkle with a dash of salt. Bake until slightly tender, 20-30 minutes. Meanwhile in a large bowl, combine beer,soy sauce, dijon mustard, onion, and worcheshire. After the ribs are cooked until tender, cut them into 1 section pieces, and add to the large bowl with the marinade. Let them marinate for 2 hours at room temperature, covered, or overnight in the refrigerator! Remove ribs from marinade, spread them on a baking sheet and bake at 350 for one hour, or until tender. Boil the marinade and bast ribs several times while cooking.
