Taco Soup

2 lbs. ground beef or venison

1 onion, chopped

2 (.5 oz) pkgs ranch dressing mix

2 (1 ¼ oz) pkgs taco seasoning mix

1 can black beans

1 can kidney beans

1 can pinto beans

1 can rotel tomatoes

1 can tomatoes, diced

2 cans shoe peg corn

2 cups water

Brown ground beef in a soup pot with onion until browned, drain any grease. Return to pot with ranch and taco seasoning packets, mix well. Add all cans of veggies with juice. Simmer over medium heat for 2 hours.

Serve with sour cream, green onion, salsa, tortilla chips, shredded cheese.
