Poppy Seed Chicken

2 c boiled boneless/skinless chicken breast

1 c sour cream

2 cans Cream of Chicken soup

1 stick butter or margarine

2 T poppy seeds

1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled

Place chicken in a casserole. Combine sour cream and soup and pour over chicken. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over chicken and soup mixture, melt butter and pour over crackers. Sprinkle top with poppy seeds. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
