1 pot roast 2-3 lbs, cut into small pieces
1 package frozen vegetable blend
1 pkg dry Onion Soup mix
1 can whole tomatoes
Seasoned salt, Worchester sauce, salt and pepper to taste
Brown roast in soup pot with seasoned salt, Worchester sauce and S&P. It will take more of the seasonings than you think, but you can always add it later, you cannot take it away! After the meat is browned on all sides add the dry soup mix, veggies and tomatoes. Fill with water about halfway up the pot and simmer for hours.
You can also add a little red wine, beef bouillon, rotel tomatoes, etc…
