inside out ravioli Frannie

In a large soup pot:
Heat 1 T olive oil. Brown 1.5lbs ground beef, 1 chopped onion, 1 clove minced garlic.
Cook 1 package frozen chopped spinach. Drain and save the liquid.
Add the liquid to the pot of meat. Also add to the pot:  16oz jar spaghetti sauce with mushrooms, 8oz can tomato sauce, 6oz tomato paste, salt & pepper. Simmer at least 10 min.
Next, in a bowl, combine: 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 cup veg. oil.  Add the drained spinach to this and combine well.
In a new pot, cook 8oz of shell macaroni. Drain it and add it to the spinach mixture.
Spray a 9×13 dish with Pam (I use Olive Oil flavor.)  Spread the pasta/spinach mixture into the dish. Top with all of the meat sauce.  Then, sprinkle more shredded sharp cheddar on top and  some grated parmesan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. 
*Makes a TON*  Great for leftovers.  Cam likes to take it to work for lunch.
