1 Rotisserie Chicken – deboned
2 cans chicken broth
1 16 oz jar salsa Verde (green salsa)
1 can corn – drained
1 can black beans – drained
1 can hot chili beans – NOT drained
1 tbs cumin
½ -1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper -optional
Heat salsa Verde in soup pot on low for 5 minutes, add all other ingredients and bring to boil.
I do add a little water to mine. You can add any beans you like, but this is what I’ve done and it works well.
So easy and fast.
