Thawed Turkey breast
Rub the turkey breast generously with olive oil, Lawry’s Season Salt, garlic and pepper.
Fill a Weber charcoal starter to the brim- the kind that you ignite with newspaper.
Manage the fire.
Cook to the temperature of 170 degrees on a meat thermometer. This should occur about the time that the fire begins to go out.
Sprinkle with Rendevous salt and ENJOY!!
Remember that you can always call ahead and place an order for a turkey breast from Daddy. The only requirement is that you have to spend the night when you come home to pick it up!
