Cinnamon Roll or Honey Bun Cake

Cake:

 

Yellow Cake Mix

1-8 oz carton sour cream

1 c. sugar (I use a little bit less)

¾ c. Wesson oil

4 eggs

Mix and pour ½ into a bundt pan

Cake Center:

1 c. brown sugar

4 tsp. cinnamon

½ c. nuts and or raisins/craisins (drop raisins in boiling water for a few min to plump them up bf you use them)

Spread sugar mixture over first layer of cake batter and follow with remaining batter.

 

Bake at 350* for 40-50 minutes(I’m pretty sure it takes longer than this!)

Icing: (Drizzle over cooled cake)

2 c powdered sugar

4 T. milk

½ t. vanilla
