Chicken Pies (with Crescent rolls)

1 package (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

3 ounce package of cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened

1/4 teaspoon salt                    1/8 teaspoon black pepper

2 tablespoons milk                  1 tablespoon chopped onion

1 tablespoon pimento            

2 cups cooked, chopped chicken   (about 2 chicken breasts)

(chopped or diced)

Mix all ingredients, adding the chopped chicken last.  Separate the crescent rolls into four squares, sealing perforations.  Spoon chicken mixture onto the rolls and pull up the corners together in the center.  Brush melted butter on top.  Bake at 350° until brown, about 15 minutes.
