Buffalo Chicken Dip

2 – 10 oz cans of chicken – or shred up one whole rotissary Chicken

2 – 8 oz packages of cream cheese (softened) 

8 oz of Ranch or Bleu Cheese Dressing  

12 oz of hot sauce (I used Frank’s Red Hot)

Shredded Cheddar/Monterey Jack Cheese (whatever you have on hand is fine)

1) Drain Canned Chicken/ pull rotis. checkn

2) Mix Chicken & Hot Sauce Together

3) Mix Cream Cheese & Dressing Together

**(I did # 2 & 3 the night before and kept them in separate containers in

the fridge)**

4) Spread the Chicken/Hot Sauce mixture on the bottom of your dish (sometimes I just mix it all up together without the cheese)

5) Layer the Cream Cheese/Dressing mixture on top of the chicken layer

6) Lightly sprinkle the shredded cheese on top

7) Bake at 350 for 25 – 30 minutes – until bubbling

8) stir up the dip when you serve

Serve with Fritos, Tostitos, Crackers, Celery, Carrots, Etc.
