Brown Velvet Pie

1 pre baked pie crust, 9 inch

1 c butter/margarine, at room temperature

1 c sugar

4 eggs

2 t Rum or Vanilla

4 (1 oz) squares unsweetened chocolate, melted

Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating at medium speed 2-3 minutes. Add Vanilla and chocolate. Pour into crust. Chill thoroughly. Garnish before serving, with whipped cream, nuts or shaved chocolate.
