Breakfast Casserole

1 lb sausage

6 slices white bread

1 ½ c cheddar cheese, grated

6 eggs

2 c milk

1 t salt

1-2 t dry mustard

Brown and crumble sausage, drain and set aside. Grease 16×9 casserole dish. Place bread slices in bottom of dish, sprinkle with sausage and top with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour over casserole dish and chill in the refrigerator overnight. Cook for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees.
