1 package Martha White Sweet Golden Cornbread Mix
8 oz. sour cream
16 oz. can of cream corn
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 T. butter
Mix all ingredients together. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Melt butter in skillet or muffin pan for 5 minutes in oven. Pour batter in skillet or muffin pan and bake for 30 minutes in skillet or 15 to 20 minutes in muffin tin. Watch for it to brown. No need for extra butter. Enjoy!
